Clinical experience is a great asset to your continuing education plans and resumes. ** SHIFTS LISTED AT BOTTOM OF POSTING DESCRIPTION ** As a member of our team, the physiotherapy aide works under the direct supervision of Physiotherapists, to accelerate client recovery. We work together as a team, always representing oneself as part of the company and with a positive attitude. The desired candidate will possess the following: Exceptional customer service skills. Quick learner Be able to multi-task, and pay extreme attention to detail. Great organizational and time management skills. Desire to learn, and work as a member of a dynamic team. Flexible schedule, containing morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (growing needs). Fluent in reading, writing, and oral communication in English. Responsibilities include: Assist the supervising physiotherapist in performing various components of the treatment plans for individuals including but not limited to application of modalities (i.e. heat, ice, ultrasound, TENS), exercise supervision. Set up and prepare equipment and clean up after patients'' treatments. Assist with clinic laundry; inventory; health & safety procedures; and minor administrative tasks. PART-TIME Position available for February, SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Monday, Tuesday 3pm-close (usually 8pm) and Thursday 7am-11:30am. In your application, please indicate shift availability.
