Provide information about vehicles and services offered. Maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk. Coordinate guest services to ensure a seamless experience. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed. Uphold the company''s standards of quality and customer care. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly, professional demeanor. Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred. Previous hotel or guest services experience is advantageous but not required.
