**Montessori Teacher Experienced** Talent Montessori School is looking for a qualified and experienced Montessori teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom management skills. **Key Requirements:** Montessori certification (AMI, MACTE, or equivalent) Proven experience working independently in a Montessori classroom Strong classroom management and child guidance skills Ability to create a calm, respectful, and well-structured learning environment Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Knowledge of child development and Montessori philosophy Ability to work collaboratively within a team **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience leading a Montessori classroom Experience managing mixed-age groups Familiarity with licensing and daily classroom routines Talent Montessori School is an equal-opportunity employer.
