We''re looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to help grow our audience, amplify our authors'' voices, and elevate our brand across digital platforms. Role Overview As a Marketing Coordinator, you''ll support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and book sales. This role is hands-on and dynamic, involving cross-channel digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, performance analysis, sales-driven campaign development, B2B marketing, and PR outreach. Key Responsibilities Digital Campaigns & Content Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels. Craft and support campaigns specifically designed to drive book sales, launches, and seasonal promotions. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives. Assist in planning content calendars for social platforms and promotional campaigns. Social Media & Community Engagement Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a vibrant online community. Monitor trends and suggest creative ways to increase audience interaction and reach. B2B & Distribution Marketing Support B2B marketing initiatives targeting bookstores, distributors, wholesalers, libraries, schools, and other trade partners. Assist in creating marketing materials such as sell sheets, pitch decks, newsletters, and distribution-focused campaigns. Coordinate communications that strengthen relationships with distribution and industry partners. PR, Outreach & Partnerships Conduct reach-outs and liaising with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, bookstores, and literary organizations to secure PR opportunities. Assist with press releases, media kits, review copy distribution, and author publicity initiatives. Track PR placements, partnerships, and outreach outcomes. Marketing Analytics & Optimization Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and platform insights. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, reach, and conversion. Monitor KPIs and contribute to strategic planning. Collaborative Projects Work closely with authors, designers, and content creators to produce promotional materials, newsletters, visuals, and other marketing assets. Support book launches, virtual events, and cross-promotional partnerships. Coordinate logistics for multimedia content. Brand & Market Research Stay updated on industry and literary marketing trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior. Assist in research that informs campaign strategy and audience segmentation. Qualifications Required Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience). 03 years of experience in marketing or content coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics. Preferred Experience in publishing or media industries. Experience with B2B marketing or PR outreach. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mailchimp. Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
