Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and electrical work. This role involves performing a wide range of duties related to building, restoration, and installation projects, utilizing both hand and power tools. The will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship across multiple projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational and structural elements. Install siding, roofing, flooring, tile laying, and cabinetry with precision and attention to detail. Conduct restoration projects including drywall repair, caulking, painting, and siding replacement. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively. Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as required by project specifications. Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes. Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and general handyman responsibilities across various sites. Qualifications Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or related fields. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other industry-standard equipment. Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, flooring installation, siding work, or woodworking is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Handyman experience or electrical/plumbing background is a plus. Valid driver''s license preferred for site travel requirements.
