As a Concierge at Probe Investigation & Security Services Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our clients and premises. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally. Maintain front desk operations with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and staff. Ensure security protocols are followed while delivering guest services. Coordinate with security personnel to facilitate smooth operations. Keep the reception area tidy and organized. Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall service quality. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience in hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not required. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is an advantage.
