Job Overview MUST HAVE AN OPEN AVAILIBILITY OF 7 DAYS A WEEK We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and comfort are met. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services is highly valued, especially those with hotel or industrial cleaning backgrounds. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding our reputation for exceptional service and cleanliness. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels and toiletries Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows as needed Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling guest belongings Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation procedures as required Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to quality standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time management skills to complete tasks promptly Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to work flexible hours if needed; reliability is essential Prior hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 40 per week Work Location: In person
