Program Manager, Bridge to Home Full-Time | 40 hours per week Reports to Director of Programs Accessible Housing is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Bridge to Home program, supporting individuals with physical disabilities and mobility challenges to transition from homelessness or unstable housing into safe, sustainable housing. This leadership role provides strategic, operational, and people leadership, ensuring high-quality, client-centered service delivery aligned with Housing First principles, organizational values, and sector best practices. The Program Manager is a member of the Leadership Team and plays a key role in advancing Accessible Housing''s mission, culture, and strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for the Bridge to Home program, including case management, housing navigation, and stabilization supports Supervise, coach, and develop program staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture Oversee program operations, reporting, compliance, quality improvement, and risk management Manage program budgets and resources in collaboration with Finance and senior leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with housing providers, community partners, and government stakeholders Represent Accessible Housing at sector tables and community engagements Ensure effective use of HMIS and accurate documentation Qualifications Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a related field 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience in homelessness or housing services Strong working knowledge of the Calgary Homeless-Serving System Experience with Housing First, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Why Join Us Accessible Housing is committed to integrity, compassion, empowerment, community, and excellence.
