This is a full-time role however, part-time hours will be considered. Join our team if youre enthusiastic about delivering excellent patient care, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and want to advance your career in veterinary nursing.The role will involve:Holding animals for examination and proceduresCaring for animals in kennels including feeding, grooming and giving medications appropriate to training levelHelping to take and process blood and other lab samplesAssisting with preparing animals for surgery and monitoring anaesthetics, appropriate to training levelCleaning and sterilising instrumentsCleaning clinical areasSpending some time on receptionThe rotaMonday 8:00am-6:00pmTuesday 11:00am-7:30pm (late shift but with RVN back up on site)Wednesday 11am-7:30pm (late shift with RVN back up)Thursday- OFFFriday 8:00am-6:00pm1/6 Saturday 8:30am-5pm as part of rota (with RVN back up)More about usWe are a friendly and supportive first-opinion, small animal practice located in abeautiful market town with easy access to large cities and links to Northampton and Cambridge.
