Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Bakery on a permanent basis on our Food Operations team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Winnipeg, MB. This position requires frequent travel of 70% to local Co-op Food Store locations across Manitoba. As a Senior Retail Operations Advisor, you''ll be a trusted partner to Local Co-ops, providing expert guidance in financial planning, sales growth, marketing, and team development. This role focuses on delivering measurable, sustainable results through coaching and strategic leadership, while collaborating on store renovations and future development. If you''re ready to make an impact, join us today What you''ll do: Achieve budgeted sales targets by collaborating with Local Co-op Senior Managers to identify opportunities and implement strategic sales action plans. Improve controllable contribution through operational reviews and coaching Team Leaders on effective execution and follow-up. Provide leadership for renovations, expansions, and new store setups, including merchandising, marketing, and grand opening coordination. Support Local Co-ops in maintaining image and merchandising standards to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Partner with HR to identify future leaders, coordinate training programs, and assist in long-term succession planning. Who you''ll work with: You will work closely with other Operations Advisors, Operations Managers, Home Office, Customer Service Teams, local Co-op Bakery Managers, Store Managers, Division Managers and will report into the Manager, Food Operations. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and: Have 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in retail management. Experience in bakery is considered a strong asset. Have a bachelor''s degree in business administration, commerce, or marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
