Job Title

Qualifications : Minimum 3-5 years of metal fabrication experience within the sign industry . Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and fabrication designs. Proficient with tools , equipment , and machinery such as shear , roller , brake press. Some welding experience for tacking / fitting. Demonstrated leadership or lead-hand experience. Strong communication , organization , and decision-making skills. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Key Responsibilities. Lead and support the metal fabrication team in daily tasks and productions goals . Fabricate sign components using industry-standard equipment including Shears , rollers, brake press ,grinders and various hand tools. Read and interpret technical drawings , blueprints, and specifications. Ensure accuracy , quality , and consistency in all fabricated components . Coordinate workflow , delegate tasks , and monitor progress. Train and mentor junior fabricators , promote safe work practices Assist with problem-solving , improvements , and fabrication planning Work closely with other supervisors and departments to meet deadlines Maintain a clean , organized , and safe work environment
