Position Summary: Type: Full Time Location: Incubator Head Office, Fort McKay Schedule: on / 7 off, Dayshift, 12 hour days Compensation Details: Vacation pay at 6% - paid out bi-weekly upon start date Health & Dental and Long-Term Disability Benefits eligible after 3 months of continuous service Employer paid Insurances RPP (Registered Pension Plan) with company matching - eligible after 3 months of continuous service Employer paid Employee Assistance Program Other Incentives: Progression and development opportunities Safety Recognition Company support for recertification of required tickets Bouchier welcome gift and company swag Overtime available but not guaranteed Role Summary: The Maintenance Washbay Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining company light vehicles, equipment and washbay facilities, while also supporting general labour duties. This position performs a combination of washbay tasks and maintenance labour responsibilities to ensure safe, efficient and well-maintained work areas. This position reports directly to the shift Supervisor. Primary Responsibilities: Operate and maintain washbay machinery and supporting equipment, including pressure washers and steam trucks. Wash and clean trucks, trailers, light vehicles, and equipment as needed. Move vehicles and equipment to and from washbay/site locations as required. Report and any equipment damages, maintenance needs or safety concerns to the shift supervisor. Perform cleanup and housekeeping at various work locations as required. Assist with snow removal, ice removal and shoveling as needed. Act as spotter for loaders and other equipment. Assisting with painting, grass cutting, and general groundskeeping. Install up signs as per highway standard. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with clients and other team members. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor. Education & Experience: Previous washbay or high-pressure washing experience preferred. Valid Class 5 Driver''s License with ability to provide a clean driver''s abstract CSO (Common Safety Orientation) Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Safety conscious attitude. Willingness to train on equipment such as skid steers, sanding units, articulating trucks, packers, etc. Must be willing to work in fluctuating climates (hot, cold, wet) and environmental conditions. All applicants must have the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English. Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and work in close proximity to water. Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test and Fit for Duty test.
