Position Description As a Technical Program Manager at PAR, you play a critical role in enabling the delivery of world-class products and services. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, bringing complex programs to life by balancing strategic thinking with handson execution. This role has a strong focus on release programs, spanning program development, delivery, and ongoing support. You will lead large, crossfunctional initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams to drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a resultsoriented selfstarter with proven experience in technical program management and/or release management, and the ability to influence without authority.
