What youll bring to the team CPA designation with 25 years of progressive, post-CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment. Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for ownermanaged clients. Confidence managing client relationships end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and communication. A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior team members. Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in contributing beyond client files whether thats firm initiatives, committees, or business development. How youll make an impact Manage and advise a portfolio of ownermanaged business clients across a wide range of industries. Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and key business decisions. Collaborate with Partners and Managers as part of a supportive leadership group. Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals. Participate in firmled business development activities.
