Job Description Summary As a member of our field staff, youre part of a large team that shares the workload and supports one another at every turn. Field staff are responsible for delivering and installing temporary fence. They work together with guidance from our Supervisor and Operations Manager throughout the day. They arrive together, load their trucks together, and always strive to deliver the best customer experience possible. Full indepth training and coaching is provided to all field staff, along with forklift certification. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. You will interact daily with clients, Sunbelts Operations team, and their counterparts. Education or Experience Experience driving a onetonne truck delivering materials to and from various job sites safely Experience supervising the crew and acting as the lead hand once onsite Familiar with safely setting up and tearing down fence Experience completing operational paperwork (job reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) as directed Knowledgeable of Sunbelts key products/services; understand how to resolve customer items Sufficient experience working closely with the Operations team and solving onsite issues Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Clean drivers abstract and valid Class5 license Availability to work weekends and longer hours when required Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy fence panels Ability to navigate to sites and ensure the crew arrives safely and expediently Own transportation Safe and defensive driving habits Experience operating tablets and smartphones Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washer, painters, banding equipment, etc.) is an asset What We Offer Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits program Prescription, paid sick day & vacation, vision coverage, shortand longterm disability coverage Group RRSP plan, companywide profitsharing program Tuition & tool reimbursement program; boots allowance program Career development opportunities in the equipment rental industry Promotion from within and prepares you for various roles Work with an incredible team in a safetydriven culture Commitment to integrity and high engagement Building safe, healthy, inclusive, and sustainable communities Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required.
