Your Role And Responsibilities Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions. Support strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management. Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, project management and stakeholder interviews. Develop process maps to understand AsIs and ToBe scenarios.
