Role Overview The Senior Manager, Finance Operations is responsible for overseeing monthend close, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and general accounting activities in alignment with company policies and procedures. This role includes leading a team, managing financial processes, and driving operational improvements to support the organizations goals. Maintain a Best in Class finance team capable of adapting quickly to change. Collaborate effectively across the organization with stakeholders to execute key deliverables. Financial Operations Manage fullcycle accounting, including AP, AR, GL maintenance, and monthend close. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports. Ensure timely payments and collections, liaising with vendors and clients as needed. Oversee client account reconciliations and collections in TRAMS. Accrue invoices received but not processed by periodend deadlines. Reporting & Analysis Provide insights and trend analysis to inform financial strategy. Prepare monthly presentations, KPIs, and reports for leadership. Assist with regulatory reporting and audit requirements. Process & Risk Management Lead projects related to process improvements and system upgrades. Implement internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Support backoffice system maintenance and future implementations. Apply strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills to meet deadlines. Customer Service Respond to financerelated queries from agents and internal partners via email and ServiceNow/Helpspot within SLA. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation required. 5+ years in general accounting with 2+ years in people management. Experience leading teams of 6+ (including outsourced providers). Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in MS Office. Experience with large multimodule cloud accounting systems (Dynamics NAV/MS D365 preferred). Knowledge of TRAMS backoffice system. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problemsolving skills. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities. Travel industry experience strongly preferred.
