Key Responsibilities Work directly with sales representatives, contractors, engineers, owners, and outside sales teams to provide in-office product support Support equipment selection, quoting, submittal review and approval, and other project management tasks for Healthcare and Cleanroom applications Respond to emails and phone calls related to technical product support and building layout inquiries Assist with the development of marketing literature and sales tools Support the R&D team with new product development initiatives Qualifications And Skills Basic understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and the healthcare industry is considered an asset Previous experience or formal training in project management is viewed favorably Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams Self-driven with the initiative to work independently Strong aptitude for customer service and a commitment to service excellence Ability to work both independently and within a team environment College or University diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Should this excellent opportunity interest you, please submit your resume, including salary expectations.
