Role This is a senior, handson leadership role responsible for financial reporting, endtoend accounting, and cost accounting with close partnership across operations and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial statements and management reporting Lead daytoday accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll interface, and cash management Oversee cost accounting for a manufacturing environment, including standard costing, inventory valuation, BOM accuracy, and variance analysis Act as a finance business partner to operations, providing KPIs, profitability analysis, contract analysis, and performance tracking Support grouplevel consolidation, MD&A, and financial reconciliations Manage tax compliance, regulatory filings, and external audit processes Drive continuous improvement across ERP systems, financial processes, and internal controls Support government incentive programs and special projects as required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred Background in public accounting (Big4/6 preferred), with manufacturing exposure Strong working knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, and inventory management Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner crossfunctionally and influence senior stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
