The scope is a largescale, enterprisewide project to accelerate personalization capabilities across our stack (targeted propensitydriven lists, marketing journey and sales conversion funnels). This role will be sitting within the Engineering function of an agile Project Squad, helping identify business needs and translating them into technical solutions across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities In partnership with Technology Delivery and Product partners, lead backlog refinement, execution and delivery through effective story grooming, UAT planning, technical and business knowledge, and stakeholder management. Facilitate marketing and GTM requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, business rules, user stories, sequence diagrams and process flows. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats. Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications. Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Direct daytoday activities in a manner consistent with our risk culture, relevant risk appetite statement and limits, and communicate it throughout the team. Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of daytoday business controls to meet obligations with respect to risk and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor''''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or a related field is required. 8+ years of previous experience as a Business Analyst in large enterprise organizations, with a focus on Digital/Marketing/Personalization/MarTech/GTM/Sales Enablement. 12+ years of experience planning/analysing business requirements for system changes and enhancements. Experience working crossfunctionally with a variety of endusers. Experience working with MarTech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, RTCDP, Target), Pega CDH, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other GTM and Personalization platforms. Experience with Jira/Confluence (nice to have). Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating and working closely with external vendors. Ability to analyze complex situations and problems, conduct necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions. Ability to work as part of a team, independently or with minimal direction. Good time management and organisational skills to effectively manage highscale projects. What''''s in it for you?
