As a Structural Engineer in our Structural Practice, youll perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for a wide range of building types using various materials and Canadian building codes. Youll contribute to small and midsized projectsincluding highrise, cultural buildings, stadiums, healthcare facilities, and morewhile building the foundational skills needed to deliver highquality design. With support from your team, youll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environmentideal for engineers eager to grow their technical and creative skills. What Youll Do Apply core engineering principles to real structural analysis and design challenges across diverse building types, creating impactful, highquality solutions. Develop construction documents in a BIM environment, sharpening your technical skills through handson collaboration. Work sidebyside with experienced engineers who will coach, guide, and support your growth from day one. Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and project partners as you learn to navigate realworld project environments. What Youll Bring Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Masters degree preferred. Familiarity with tools such as SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA3D, PCA software, Revit, or AutoCAD is an asset. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow through feedback.
