Locations Toronto, San Francisco, New York Role Overview Own the architecture and delivery of our CRM and datadriven prospecting platform in a zerotoone environment. Turn fuzzy problems into systems, standards, and processes that help BD, M&A, and portfolio teams move faster. This is an AIfirst orchestration role: connect people, data, and systems to automate highimpact workflows and surface the right insight at the right moment. Key Responsibilities Design a unified ''''system of record + insight'''' that powers righttime outreach to top prospects Model entities (accounts, people, firms, signals) with identity resolution and data quality guardrails Ship selfserve reporting and dashboards with clear SLAs and definitions Automate multistep GTM and BD processes across CRM, email, LinkedIn, and messaging Stand up LLMpowered agents for research, summarization, duediligence prep, and followups gado RAG pipelines so teams see the right docs, notes, and signals at the right time Tune prompts, guardrails, and evaluation harnesses for accuracy, tone, and safety Build and maintain twoway integrations between Salesforce and external data providers Connect APIs, webhooks, and event streams to keep data enriched, clean, and continuously updated Establish pragmatic privacy, reliability, and changemanagement practices consulted/li> Partner with BD and M&A leaders to identify highfriction workflows and measurable outcomes Deliver MVP automations quickly, instrument impact, and productionize winning pilots Define standards (runbooks, schemas, contracts, SLAs) that scale across the portfolio Tech Stack Python, TypeScript (Node.js, React, Next.js) TailwindCSS, Postgres (Supabase) n8n, Prefect, Modal, Redis What Were Looking For 8+ years in software engineering with meaningful ownership of CRM cent platforms and/or revenue/ops systems; thrive in ambiguity and create process where none exists Strong product sense for BD/M&A workflows; translate qualitative feedback into quantitative goals and SLAs that stick Deep integration experience (APIs, webhooks, auth), plus identity resolution and data governance fundamentals Handson with AI integration: calling LLMs, building RAG pipelines, prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails Clear, concise communication; incorporate feedback from technical and nontechnical partners into roadmaps that land on time Bonus: experience automating diligence (market maps, call notes, deal rooms), multichannel orchestration (email/LinkedIn/Slack), building portfoliowide reusable components Our Values at Beacon Software Messejlichkeiten Humility Honesty Hunger Horizon urdr Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Beacon Software by 2x.
