The incumbent will manage vendor relationships, coordinate crossfunctional teams, and align platform strategy with business objectives. Responsibilities Build relationships with stakeholders to understand the platform vision, align and deliver on the roadmap. Document business rules, functional/technical specifications, and process interpretations for assigned applications and systems. Analyze platform data to drive and implement optimizations. Undertake prioritisation of work for components used by customers and endusers. Understand the competitive and strategic position of the organization to deliver bestinindustry products. Ensure compliance with service and support agreements and standards. Manage technical requirements such as APIs and other platform components with a focus on security and resilience. Foster a culture aligned with BMO purpose, values and strategy and model BMO values and behaviours. Ensure alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion. Regularly connect work to BMOs purpose, set inspirational goals, define clear expected outcomes, and ensure accountability. Build interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups to create the highest value for all stakeholders. Attract, retain, and enable the career development of top talent. Improve team performance, recognise and reward performance, coach employees, support their development, and manage poor performance. Operate at a group/enterprisewide level and serve as a specialist resource to senior leaders and stakeholders. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary by pay type and may include performancebased incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
