THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL This role will report to the Manager, Client Service and will contribute to the Growth and Client Service team in the following ways: Partner with Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences. Manage reporting for clients - including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports - ensuring insights are timely and actionable. Collaborate with Sales Reporting on monthly reporting. Support account maintenance activities, including updates and plan changes, to keep client information accurate and up to date. Ensure precision and timeliness in all deliverables, contributing to smooth operations and client satisfaction. WHO WE''''RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience in benefits, insurance or health services is an asset. Postsecondary degree or diploma education. Excellent communication and problemsolving skills. Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and be selfreliant, while having a focus first and foremost on the success of the team. Ability to work in a fast paced, deadlinedriven team environment and embrace change. Passionate, have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, be an engaged member of the team, and serve our clients with energy and passion. Committed, professional, displays ownership and accountability. Participate and strive to achieve excellence and have fun. Intermediate to Advanced software skills, in programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
