IT Systems Manager relocate to work in the Cayman Islands! Approx. 140k - 175k+ $CAD equivalent, with no tax deducted! Reporting to the organizations CFO, and acting in a fully handson technical capacity as the primary internal IT resource, the IT Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, security and resiliency of all hardware, software and networking technologies at a large retail location (and possibly one or more related companies). Responsibilities Windows Server 2016/2022, Hyperconverged infrastructure, VMware ESXi 8 and vSphere clusters Microsoft 365, Exchange, Endpoint management, SQL Server, Retail management, timekeeping and accounting applications Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning, Veeam Backup, VMware Site Recovery Manager, sitetosite replication Switches, Wireless APs, Firewalls, VPN, UC Telephony Retail POS system and stations, desktop/laptop workstations, multifunction printers Building security systems, IP CCTV, lighting controls, IP CCTV systems Coordinating and supervising the work of thirdparty IT service providers as needed Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of current, handson IT management and systems administration experience covering the technologies listed above. Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or MCSE Core Server 2016 certification Microsoft 365 / Windows 11 certification(s) VMware (VCP6 or newer) certification Microsoft Exchange certification Please note that this is a fulltime role onsite in George Town, Grand Cayman. Due to the international move required, we are seeking a highly portable candidate who can relocate relatively easily.
