Responsibilities Optimize existing YouTube channels and launch new channel strategies to grow audience and revenue. Maintain and expand data dashboards on Tubular, YouTube Analytics, and other social media platforms. Conduct competitive benchmarking against major brands and identify key performance metrics such as viewership, average view duration, CPM, geography, and demographics. Analyze audience viewing habits to inform content production, marketing, and brand strategy. Explore whitespace opportunities and gaps in our digital strategy to support franchise and distribution initiatives. Provide monthly analytics reports, business and brand reviews, and adhoc trend reports to internal stakeholders. Manage the relationship with the Tubular analytics vendor to optimize data collection and reporting. Qualifications Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; strong mathematical and analytical skills. Experience with YouTube Analytics, Tubular, and other social media dashboards. Knowledge of key YouTube performance metrics and the entertainment/media industry. Experience in film/TV production or digital media is desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills across marketing, franchise, and digital teams. Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. Ability to summarize and synthesize data into an easytoconsume format and provide actionable insights.
