TekStaff''''s Client has a current vacancy for an Application Packager Pay Rate Range: $72-90 per hour Job Description This is an approximate 12 month contract located in Toronto/ON, Hybrid(1-2 days a week) Mandate Responsible for application packaging and integration ensuring applications are packaged and delivered according to documented user requirements, industry, the bank and TBE best practices. Collaborate and interact internally and externally with colleagues, customers, and vendors to ensure that the packaging and deployment of software applications are effective, functional, and reliable. Knowledge and Skills Education Possesses a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science. Technical Skills 4-6yrs of previous relevant work experience. Extensive knowledge of Mainframe COBOL (90% base in mainframe), JCL, DB2, CICS. Extensive knowledge of .NET. Extensive knowledge of SQL. Extensive knowledge of and experience with Windows XP and Windows 11. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory and Group Policies Objects. Nice to Have Experience with API & JSON & Cloud. Knowledge of Trade Finance business/previous FI experience is a bonus. High level understanding of Firewall rules and networking.
