Working closely with finance, HR, and operational leaders, you will serve as a trusted payroll expert and people manager. Your Responsibilities You will lead endtoend Canadian payroll operations for hourly and salaried employees using ADP WFN and Dayforce HCM. In this role, you will oversee payroll accounting activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly accruals. You will ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation, remittances, and yearend reporting requirements. You will manage audits, government agency relationships, and internal controls related to payroll. You will coach and develop the payroll team, providing guidance on best practices and compliance. You will identify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancements and upgrades. Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Canadian payroll management experience. Strong knowledge of federal and provincial payroll legislation and compliance. Solid accounting background with payroll reconciliations and general ledger exposure. Handson experience with Dayforce HCM and ADP WFN, required. Experience working with large, multisite organizations. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
