Ability to work and collaborate with crossfunctional teams across multiple locations. Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess alternatives, risks, and benefits. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our engineering practices and delivering cuttingedge solutions that enhance our clients experience and operational efficiency. We are looking for an experienced and highperforming Software Engineer with at least good years of software development experience. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation, implementing cloud capabilities, and building GenAI solutions across our contact centers in Canada, Asia, and the US. The ideal candidate has a passion for cuttingedge technologies and a proven track record of building largescale, complex software systems. What you will do is participate in the design, development, and rollout of foundational cloud capabilities, including Amazon Connect and other cloudbased solutions to enhance our contact centers capabilities. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement key software delivery, cloud, GenAI, and DevOps processes. Create and maintain technical design artifacts that describe application functionality, solution designs, data models, interfaces, and integrations. Use and enhance our DevOps practices and tools to enforce software guardrails, increase automation, and help engineers build code faster, at a lower cost, and lower risk. Contribute and/or adopt global software engineering reusable best practice processes. Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year Note : TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation The hiring process includes an initial screening by the TCS Hiring Team, followed by a technical evaluation and managerial discussion conducted by the Business Team, and concluding with the final HR evaluation.
