As Head of Capital Markets , you will shape Capital Powers capital structure strategy, manage multiyear funding plans, and lead execution of capital markets transactions. Youll be a key enterprise leader engaging banks, rating agencies, and investors to maintain optimal credit positioning and costcompetitive access to capital. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain capital structure strategy and leverage targets aligned with business objectives. Design and execute a multiyear funding plan, including refinancing strategies. Lead capital markets transactions across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments as well as tax equity financings and project debt. Conduct M&A financing analysis, including equity and debt capacity assessments. Deliver forward credit metric forecasting and perform peer benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. Provide strategic context and future visibility to rating agencies to support credit ratings and investor confidence. Manage credit rating agency relationships and apply credit rating analytics effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and investors to ensure costcompetitive access to capital markets and compliance with financial covenants. Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming Capital Markets team. Qualifications CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. 15+ years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets, including transaction execution. Expertise in credit analysis, financial modeling, and capital structure optimization. Strong understanding of equity and debt markets, rating agency methodologies, and investor relations. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex financial strategies. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
