Manages regional sales teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with key business goals. Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements in all regional sales activities. Benchmarks regional sales performance against industry standards and identifies opportunities for improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and achieve regional objectives. Defines and communicates key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional teams, ensuring consistent tracking and achievement of sales targets. Hires and develops talent, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the regional sales organization.
