Job Description

Job Overview TD Canada Trust is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to lead and coach employees at a branch in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role focuses on delivering a highquality customer and employee experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance in loan and investment transactions. In This Role, You Will Lead teams in completing investment and unsecured credit compliance transactions and complex activities that affect the bank. Coach advisory and frontline staff on resolving customer complaints consistently with TDs customer resolution guidelines. Resolve operational and highrisk issues, ensuring the team works within regulatory requirements and policies. Mentor staff on advicegiving strategies and delivering effective customer experience. Maintain an inviting and approachable branch environment. Manage accurate employee scheduling to meet customer demand and compliance requirements. Share knowledge and subjectmatter expertise with team members and coordinate activities effectively. Collaborate with TD partners to help customers meet their financial needs. Improve team processes and efficiency through ongoing feedback and guidance, ensuring performance management activities are undertaken. Job Requirements Undergraduate degree or over 4 years of relevant experience. Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course. Extensive knowledge of team, process, and risk management and advanced business understanding. Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications. Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, employees, and crossfunctional teams. Excellent decisionmaking ability in dealing with confidential information. Dynamic leadership experience in a fastpaced work environment with strong communication, planning, and timemanagement skills. Gogetter attitude and a passion for coaching and development. Compensation Base salary: $66,200 $93,500 CAD. TD offers a competitive totalreward package, including variable pay and benefits such as health, retirement, and employee discounts.
