Fire Protection Engineer - Relocate to Saudi Arabia, Permanent Expat Relocation Package We are seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to join our Fire Operations Technical Support Group. This role requires full relocation to Saudi Arabia and is a permanent fulltime position with an expat relocation package. Job Overview Fire Operations Technical Support Group is responsible for providing engineering and technical support to fire operations to protect Saudi Aramcos critical infrastructure through advanced fire prevention strategies, emergency response protocols, and largescale suppression systems. Your primary role is to provide specialized technical support for industrial fire operations, focusing on tank firefighting, HazMat and foambased suppression systems. Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in industrial fire operations, emphasizing tank firefighting, HazMat response, and foambased suppression methods. Assess fire risks in highhazard facilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Conduct acceptance testing of foam resources and systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design fire safety protocols aligned with international standards. Lead training for personnel on advanced firefighting techniques and incident command systems. Develop tactical response plans for complex scenarios such as tank fires and flammable liquid spills. Evaluate operational readiness of firefighting units to ensure alignment with NFPA and best practices. Visit Aramcos 50+ fire stations and facilities to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Mentor and develop junior professionals through workshops and onthejob training. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, Fire & Explosion Engineering, Fire Science, Emergency Management or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in fire safety, with at least 3 years in industrial, HazMat or municipal fire operations. Alternative: Mechanical Engineering degree with 15+ years of experience in fire safety and at least 3 years in industrial, HazMat or municipal operations. Proficiency in incident command systems, hazardous materials response protocols, and fire dynamics in highrisk environments. Preferred certifications: Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or Professional Engineer (PE) license in Fire Protection. Deep understanding of NFPA/EN standards and hazardous material handling.
