A Lead Developer is proficient in programming, software design, testing, and maintenance, and excels in software development methodologies. We expect clean, maintainable code, effective debugging, and strong development and operations practices. Communicative skills are essential to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including stakeholders and nontechnical team members.
