Position Summary The Senior Director, MedTech reports to the Vice President, Commercial Operations NAM Plasma & Canada MedTech and heads the MedTech department. The Senior Director is responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of all marketing, sales, implementation and strategic development of the MedTech business (Infusion & Nutrition Systems and Transfusion Medicine & Cell Therapies portfolios) for Fresenius Kabi Canada Ltd. This role provides strategic leadership support to internal and external partners to ensure execution of the overall strategy for the companys MedTech portfolio. The Sr. Director works with the Vice President to develop market strategies that position the company for longterm growth while meeting annual revenue and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, coordinate and execute the gotomarket strategy, including commercial and brand plans, key marketing programs and campaigns, and deliver financial results for the MedTech portfolio. Prepare forecasts and forecast presentations with Finance and the VP, analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, and develop action plans to address variances. Develop metrics and KPIs to ensure strategic, operational and financial targets are on track. Establish Csuite relationships with key customers and conduct quarterly or biannual business reviews; stay connected with market needs through frequent interactions with customers and industry meetings. Provide oversight and direction to department employees in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with Human Resources to support HR processes, programs and policies for the team. Identify, establish and develop relationships with key internal and external decisionmakers to support company product lines. Conduct continuous surveillance of the MedTech landscape to recommend future needs, organizational and product focused, to achieve business goals. Maintain knowledge of products, clinical procedures and educational requirements in support of sales and product usage cycles. Collaborate with global entities in support of Canadian sales and marketing strategies. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies, ensuring ethical and efficient practices within the team. Interact with local and regional internal departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Scientific Affairs) and external healthcare professionals, marketing support services, and vendors. Communicate complaints to the Quality department and adverse drug reactions to the Vigilance department as per SOPs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Science or a related field. Seniorlevel experience in commercial leadership within MedTech or related healthcare sectors. Background in infusion therapy/pumps is required. Operational excellence with a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize business processes that drive efficiency, productivity and quality. Direct experience managing a full P&L statement for a business unit or portfolio, including revenue generation, cost control and delivery on financial targets. Strong financial acumen: understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience allocating resources (people, budget, time) to maximize operational effectiveness and achieve business objectives. Experience collaborating with finance, supply chain, HR and other internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of business plans; strong decisionmaking skills focused on balancing operational needs and financial discipline. Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration abilities; aptitude to drive results in a matrix organization and influence others without direct authority. High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness. Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Skills Excellent leadership skills.
