Senior Manager U.S. Advisory A day in the life of a Senior Manager U.S. Advisory: Participate with senior managers, vicepresidents and partners on buy and sell side crossborder transactions. Assist on crossborder corporate and highnetworth individual personal tax planning. Research U.S. tax issues, interpret and apply tax legislation. Research and interpret international tax treaty. Review/prepare U.S. corporate, partnership, trust, and individual federal and state tax returns. Participate in regular training sessions with all team members and provide junior team members with training sessions. What we are looking for: Approximately 5 8 years of relevant experience in tax advisory and/or tax compliance. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Ability to manage several projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines. Intellectual curiosity and creativity. Flexibility and availability. Good judgment. Openmindedness applied to continuous learning. Strong team spirit and ability to work with others. Strong sense of client service and professionalism. US CPA and/or Canadian CPA designation.
