Senior Technical Project Manager On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the Digital Product Passport program. This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly within Supply Chain, Retail, and Procurement modules, along with experience implementing batch and serialization projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical project management skills, retail or supply chain experience, and the ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders on enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Lead projects related to D365 Supply Chain, Retail, and OMS (Order Management System). Manage technical implementations including batch and digital product passport serialization, backend system configuration, and module integrations. Work closely with the ePMO program manager, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors to plan, execute, and scale high-impact initiatives globally. Identify business needs, map/document processes and customer journeys, and translate them into actionable project plans. Act as a Sr. Technical Project Manager: develop, plan, execute, control, document, and close projects while collaborating across divisions. Support continuous improvement initiatives for back-of-house systems, with a focus on D365 optimization. Coach and mentor project managers and foster teamwork across technical, retail, digital, marketing, and operations teams. Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels and influence decisions without formal authority. Qualifications Must-have: Deep technical fluency in D365, including Supply Chain, Retail, Procurement, Advanced Warehouse Management, and Distributed Order Management modules. Experience with digital passport serialization, batch management, and changing backend system dimensions. Technical Project Management experience with long-term projects (1218 months) and enterprise-level digital transformations. Retail or distributor experience preferred; familiarity with merchandise planning processes is a plus. Experience working with OMS (Order Management Systems). Strong leadership and people management skills; able to foster collaboration across matrixed, cross-functional teams. Located in or near Toronto, or able to work EST hours. Proven ability to overcome obstacles, drive results, and implement complex technical recommendations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
