About the Opportunity Parker Huggett is conducting an exclusive search on behalf of a leading Canadian contractor that is transforming how major ICI projects are delivered in the GTA. With over $2 billion in newly awarded collaborative contracts, including Alliance and Progressive DesignBuild models, this firm is moving beyond traditional procurement into a smarter, more integrated approach to construction. This is a strategic opportunity for a Senior Estimator to play a central role in shaping project outcomes from the earliest stages. Youll be embedded in a team that values collaboration, transparency, and innovation, where estimators are not just pricing projects but helping define how theyre built. Responsibilities Lead estimating efforts for largescale ICI projects under collaborative delivery models such as Alliance and Progressive DesignBuild. Engage directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop scope, budgets, and delivery strategies. Analyze project risks, market conditions, and cost trends to support informed decisionmaking. Mentor junior estimators and contribute to a highperformance team culture. Participate in preconstruction planning sessions that influence design, schedule, and execution. About You The successful candidate will have the following: 8+ years of experience in ICI estimating, with exposure to collaborative or alternative delivery models. Strong understanding of cost planning, construction methodologies, and market dynamics. Proven ability to lead complex estimates and contribute to strategic project development. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Alliance, Progressive DesignBuild, or similar integrated delivery models is a strong asset.
