You will sit across the table from sponsors and counterparties. You will run deals from mandate through closing. You will make judgment calls earlier and build client credibility faster. This is not a back-office drafting role. It is a seat where you influence outcomes and accelerate your career in New York. Most mid-level roles slow your progression. This one speeds it up.
