Overview Job Title: Salesforce Accounts Receivable (AR) Business Systems Analyst Location: Toronto, ON (1-2 days in the office based on business need) Responsibilities Support TFO operational needs including system bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, managing SOX controls, and system configuration for AR. Create and maintain technical and process documentation Support large company projects and other initiatives that impact AR Operations systems. Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology or functionality implementations. Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy. Required Skills/Experience Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or information systems discipline or equivalent At least 3 years of professional Systems Analyst experience, or focus in system enhancements and product or program management Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Platform; specifically CRM, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Proficient in systems analysis, specifically data analysis, process modeling, and systems design and implementation methodologies Knowledge in system implementations, with a strong interest in new technologies. Hands-on experience in obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analyzing options & risks Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage ambiguity, and changing priorities while delivering excellent results. Specific focus on team collaboration and self organization using information systems Liaise effectively between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner and operates effectively as a team player Functional understanding of SQL or other query language Desired Skills/Experience Masters degree in information technology or business administration Knowledge of agile methodology and product development models.
