Team & Business Line Our Fund Administration division is highly respected in the industry, supported by ongoing investments in technology and learning to deliver seamless client experiences. Responsibilities Review subscription agreements for Investor Relations staff. Follow up with investors regarding missing documentation. Maintain electronic and physical investor records. Manage bank accounts for assigned funds. Prepare and review performance releases. Produce investor statements and correspondence. Handle communications with Fund Managers and investors. Assist with various projects as needed. Qualifications Post-secondary education. 1-3 years experience in Client Services preferred. Strong MS Office and Excel skills. Knowledge of hedge fund or mutual fund industry is a plus. Experience in Investor Relations or transfer agency environment is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working with large data volumes and repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary. Willingness to learn and adhere to policies and procedures.
