Responsibilities Maintain organization foundational data in Workday, including department and location data, position management, compensation administration data, and performance management data. Act as a subjectmatter expert on Workday and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, continually leveraging solutions and improvements from the Workday Community. Develop and maintain a range of Workday reports (simple to complex), including matrix and composite reports using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer. Configure Workday business processes (notifications, conditional rules, related documents) and identify opportunities for enhancement and simplification aligned with Workdays methodology. Maintain and design People Analytics dashboards in PowerBI and/or Workday as required by stakeholders. Ensure data integrity within Workday and downstream systems through audit processes and analyses. Collaborate with People & Culture and Data Analytics teams to select optimal methods, tools and techniques for data collection and analysis. Support system upgrades, new HRIS releases, testing, validation and overall performance analysis. Provide support in the creation and update of training and process documentation for changes to HRIS procedures. Monitor the HRIS mailbox, promptly respond to internal and external customers, and resolve issues in a timely manner while pursuing greater automation opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor''''s degree in Business Information Systems, Human Resources or related field. At least 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years of functional/technical Workday HCM module experience. Advanced Excel skills working with large data sets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Proficiency in developing and maintaining simple to complex Workday reports. Advanced experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI or Workday Discover Boards. Strong understanding of People and Culture (HR) functional areas in relation to HRIS. Experience troubleshooting enduser and systems interface issues in a midto largesized organization. Strong customerservice orientation and ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment. Excellent timemanagement, projectplanning and communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional services industry and Centre of Excellence environment preferred.
