About The Role Join the Business Solutions Engineering team, in the Software Developer (Full Stack) position, where we are developing the next generation of software applications to enable CMHC to achieve its strategy. Your skills and passion for application development, programming, usercentric design and software reliability will support the development and maintenance of CMHCs business platforms and other applications to propel CMHC forward efficiently and securely. What Youll Do Work with the team to collaborate with the client community to understand their system needs, document current and future business processes. Contribute to technical specification documents and diagrams for new and existing solutions. Develop and maintain backend solutions using .NET technologies. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to test, deployment and support. Participate in quality assurance activities, including unit testing, defect resolution, and performance optimization. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and highquality deliverables. What You Should Have A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldor a combination of education and experience that proves youre ready to lead. At least 3 years of handson experience building, testing, and deploying .NET solutions that scale and perform.
