Our core business includes UL/FM/NSF/AWWA certified valves, fittings, and pipeline products. With strong local inventory and reliable delivery, we serve municipalities, contractors, and national distributors. Responsibilities Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to drive growth in valves and waterworks products. Build, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team across different U.S. regions. Establish and expand strong relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, contractors, and distributors. Identify and pursue large-scale projects, including bids and tenders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to guide strategic planning. Report directly to the CEO and work closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams. Qualifications 10+ years of sales experience in the waterworks, valves, or industrial piping industry, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of building and managing sales teams. Strong understanding of municipal waterworks projects, distributor networks, and rep agencies. Established network of decision-makers in utilities, contractors, or national distributors strongly preferred. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Willingness to travel frequently nationwide. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Attractive executive-level base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
