In your role within our Industry X team, youll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves into the core of industry in product development and manufacturing environments. Youll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Products, Communications, Media, High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities. Responsibilities Provide Domain-Expertise on complex projects. Participate in requirements gathering and specifications creation. Participate in the solution design, helping the solution architect. Participate and/or Lead specification workshops. Develop functional specifications. Participate in the Business process design. Participate in industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications. Coaching of workstream team(s). Successfully supporting the management team in different project area. Deployment: Troubleshoot complex configuration and system issues. Document and follow up with customer issues to complete resolution. Implementation: Prepare and support the organizational change management activities. Prepare training plan, training documentation and provide end users training. Documentation: Document the configuration and architecture. Validation Tests: Conduct functional and integration testing, including preparation of test cases/scenarios and test data. Reporting: Progress status and issues. Maintenance: Analyze, design and produce solution enhancements. Meet travel requirements, up to 50%. Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of professional experience with Windchill or other PTC products. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT systems (Manufacturing). Bachelors Degree. English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Preferred Qualifications Business Process Design Experience. Tests management / execution experience. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and solutions. Internet of Things (IoT) concepts and solutions. CAD solutions such as ANSYS, CREO, CATIA. PTC Windchill, PDMLink, ProjectLink and MPMLink. Integration experience with other enterprise applications like SAP / Salesforce ERP using Tibco, WebSphere, SOA or other solutions. Windchill Bulk Migration and/or Data integration experience. IoT Technologies including RFID, Bluetooth LE, Zigbee, Cisco, Axeda, ThingWorx, WindRiver, SCADA, M2M, AI, IoT Telemetry, AWS, Azure. IoT Field Tech Device/sensors, M2M SCADA, edge computing, wireless comm protocols. Understanding business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate status, and juggle priorities. Strong team player with a can do attitude. Self-starter with a bias toward action and producing results. Team management experience. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Collaboration skills. Flexibility. Time management skills.
