Forward Deployment Engineer at Streamba Overview Global supply chains are increasingly complex, datadriven, and critical to how industrial organisations operate. Streambas cloudnative SaaS platform helps customers manage these supply chains more efficiently, reliably, and sustainably. What You Will Be Doing As a Forward Deployment Engineer, youll work directly with customers to deploy, configure, and adapt Streambas platform within their realworld environments. Youll spend time understanding how customers operate, translating complex operational challenges into practical technical solutions. Youll handle handson deployments, integrations, and configuration, collaborating closely with Streambas product and engineering teams to ensure customers get value quickly and reliably. Youll also feed real customer insight back into the product, shaping how the platform evolves as we scale. Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers during deployment, onboarding, and expansion to ensure successful adoption of the Streamba platform. Own the technical interface between customers and Streambas engineering teams. Configure, extend, and adapt platform capabilities to deliver customerspecific use cases. Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation plans. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live customer environments. Lead or support pilots, proofs of value, and new feature rollout with customers. Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on real customer usage. Help shape internal tooling, deployment processes, and best practices as the role evolves. Helpful Skills and Experience A strong technical background (software engineering, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or similar). Experience working in customerfacing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, Site Reliability, etc.). Comfort working across APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, or distributed systems. Ability to understand complex business or operational workflows and map them to technical solutions. Strong problemsolving skills and a pragmatic, deliveryfocused mindset. Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership in ambiguous situations. Experience with supply chain, logistics, energy, or industrial domains is a plus but not required.
