Opportunity We are currently looking for a Director, Data Valorization to join our team of experts, people who are passionate about innovation and motivated by meaningful, challenging projects, in an environment that supports both professional growth and personal well-being. As a member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in ventrilocs growth and evolution by shaping how our clients transform their data into a strategic organizational asset. Responsibilities Contribute to ventrilocs strategic vision and the evolution of our service offering. In collaboration with leadership and clients, help establish team priorities. Participate in resource planning and capacity forecasting. Contribute to defining, promoting and continuously improving best practices in data visualization. Support the visualization team in resolving complex or strategic challenges within client engagements. Guide, mobilize and support members of the visualization team. Monitor project progress and ensure respect for budgets and timelines. Facilitate working sessions with clients and partners to identify analytical needs and business challenges. Develop a strong understanding of clients business contexts in order to help the team propose tailored solutions. In collaboration with the solutions architect, design or refine the data model needed to support analytical requirements. Work closely with project managers to estimate efforts and timelines for the design, development and testing of analytical solutions. Stay current with technologies related to the design and delivery of analytical solutions. Required profile A bachelors degree in business administration with a focus on technology management, or a related field; a masters degree in BI is a strong asset. A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, paired with strong results orientation and a well-developed client service mindset. Experience leading teams and the ability to demonstrate mobilizing leadership. Handson experience with Power BI, including DAX, M and SQL skills. Strong understanding of star schema modeling concepts. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Autonomy, rigour, collaboration skills and strong attention to detail.
