Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex litigation matters across auto liability, general liability, professional liability, and malpractice. Collaborate with firm leadership to develop strategic initiatives and elevate legal operations. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to BGSPs thought leadership and trial excellence. Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and high-level negotiations. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, claims professionals, and internal teams. Shape legal strategy through expert motion practice, case assessments, and courtroom advocacy.
