Practice Intelligent Asset Management: With a team of leading practitioners having deep functional & industry knowledge specializing in asset integrity and reliability management, master data management, enterprise asset management (EAM) & maintenance execution, material & MRO management, industry analytics and digital industrial workforce. Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure technical solutions for IBM MAS9. As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with the rest of the Tech Arch team as well as crossfunctional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements. Responsibilities Design, build, and test nonfunctional requirements Plan Maximo (MAS9) disaster recovery tests and coordinate execution with clients and vendors Plan environments and understand dependencies by working closely with clients and vendors Define monitoring parameters for Maximo application, including infrastructure, operational and security monitoring, and alerting Lead and guide onshore and offshore team members on daily activities Support multiple teams including test, deployment, conversion, and change management in their environment requirements and troubleshooting Tune JVMs and their parameters for better performance, JMS setup and tuning Work with client security teams to remediate potential security vulnerabilities at web and application layers Requirements Experience with Maximo integration technologies (MIF, MEA, object structures, services, channels, etc.) Experience working in agile software development environments Experience working on multiple projects and multitasking Experience with Azure and DevOps Experience in Maximo integration with other applications Experience with database tuning, reading and analyzing AWR reports, and making recommendations. Solid experience with Maximo set up and configuration, server clustering, load balancing, HTTP server configuration, and application server configuration. Ability to manage and ensure the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in an assigned program Experience with operating systems, networking, and firewall concepts Experience with security (SSL, data encryption, system user accounts, directory servers) Experience with web protocols including HTTP, SMTP, and LDAP Knowledge of query languages like SQL/PLSQL English proficiency required for regular interactions with Englishspeaking stakeholders across Canada Bonus Points If Eligibility to obtain Security Reliability clearance Bilingual in French and English Compensation and Benefits Compensation varies based on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Base pay range for this role in British Columbia/Ontario is $99,450 to $209,900 annually. Benefits information available upon request.
