About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineer Lead to join our postsales team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by driving implementation, adoption, ensuring operational excellence, and continuously improving our product experience. As a bridge between clients, internal teams, and product development, youll empower clients to extract maximum value from our solutions while shaping the future of our product offerings. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers (Product Experts), fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and customercentricity. Set performance expectations, establish best practices, and guide the team in delivering scalable solutions. Build crossfunctional alignment by championing the role of Solutions Engineering across Sales, Support, AI Operations, and Product. Partner crossfunctionally to oversee the launch of new products, ensuring smooth rollouts across internal teams and clients. Ensure operational readiness for product launches by coordinating across Support, Operations, and Product Management. Build strong partnerships with Product and Engineering, ensuring alignment between client needs, product enhancements, and business strategy. Provide seniorlevel insight to executive stakeholders on product health, adoption and churn metrics, and opportunities for expansion. Ensure Solutions Engineering serves as a strategic differentiator in the client lifecycle, driving retention and growth. Own the customer feedback loop at scale, acting as Voice of the Customer, influencing product strategy and roadmap discussions with Product and Engineering leaders. Drive accountability for turning client feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen both client outcomes and product competitiveness. Requirements 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, technical account management, or a related postsales role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Strong technical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Proven track record of program management and driving crossfunctional initiatives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clientfriendly language. Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, ideally with exposure to product management. A customerfirst mindset, with the ability to balance strategic insight and tactical execution. Willingness to work in person at our office 45 days a week. Why Join Growth and impact. Job Compensation Range The salary range for this role is $150,000 $210,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package.
